Proposal Summary

- Environmentally friendly initiatives such as photovoltaic panels and Air Source Heat Pumps for energy generation
- Improvements to ecology and biodiversity through urban greening and use of green/brown roofs
- On-site car parking spaces for the new homes
- Car parking spaces for the new Tesco store
- Sustainable transport initiatives including secure cycle parking spaces
