Resident input has been fundamental in shaping the redevelopment proposals.
A three-stage community consultation process took place prior to the submission of the planning application. Firstly, with immediate neighbours online during the pandemic, then two separate series of events for the wider public with both in-person and online elements.
We’ve held numerous meetings with Harrow Council and local stakeholders. Your thoughts and feedback during the consultation have been used to inform important design elements within the proposals. Examples include:

Public spaces and Landscaping strategy
Parking arrangements
Building heights
External appearance of buildings

What happens Next?
A planning application has now been submitted and can be found by accessing Harrow Council’s online planning register, searching planning reference number PL/0693/24.
Harrow will be undertaking a statutory consultation. During this time, you can view all the planning documents and provide comment directly to Harrow Council. Harrow will take consultee comments into consideration in its determination of the planning application.
