New Tesco Store Access Arrangements
Tesco’s will be maintaining the same access as it does now from Hindes Road. There will be separate access to the residential parking via new entrances on High Mead.

Residents Transport Needs
The Team Recognises The Importance Of Encouraging Sustainable Forms Of Transport But Also Appreciates That New Residents Still Need To Own A Car. Therefore, A Balanced Approach To Transport Has Been Taken With The Provision Of Some Car Parking Spaces Alongside Car Clubs And Cycle Parking.

New residents will not be able to apply for car parking permits within any existing or new Controlled Parking Zones.
Construction Management
We will only employ contractors who are part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. This ensures the impact of the building works on local communities is minimised in terms of noise, dust, traffic, access and hours of operation. Works will take place only once a construction management plan is approved by Harrow Council.
