Welcome to Notting Hill Genesis’ website for the redevelopment of Tesco, Station Road which we are now referring to as Greenmead Place.

Notting Hill Genesis is working in partnership with Tesco to develop the Tesco store on Station Road to deliver a mixed-use development with a new and improved store and new homes. This website is dedicated to the consultation on the proposals for the site which will now be known as GREENMEAD PLACE.
