
Welcome to the consultation hub for the redevelopment of Tesco, Station Road which we are now referring to as Greenmead Place.
A planning application has now been submitted and can be found by accessing Harrow Council’s online planning register, searching planning reference number PL/0693/24
The plans will see 480 new homes, including a range of tenures and 35% affordable housing.
Providing a range of properties, including 1, 2, 3 bedroom homes. We are providing private outdoor space for all, routes through the site, play space and enhancement of the communal public realm so that all generations of the community can enjoy the space.
We are grateful for the community’s views on our proposals and for engagement at our consultation events. We have taken on board feedback were possible to deliver the best scheme for this site, taking account of the site constraints and ensuring we respond to the views of Harrow Council and the local community.
